School Owner

School owners can create and manage their schools, view analytics, and manage staff. A valid subscription is required to create schools.

Minimum 8 characters.
Registration records a representative request only. Organisation verification and school relationships require approval.
Your email will be used as your username for login.
Applicant

Applicants can browse job opportunities, apply for positions, track application progress, and manage their professional profile.

Your email will be used as your login username.
Home Education Parent

Create a free family account to manage home-educated children, learning plans, progress records, evidence, and future pathways.

Minimum 8 characters.
Your email will be used as your login username.
Professional

For professionals (home education workers, LA officers, Ofsted inspectors, CAMHS/private clinicians, tutors, etc.) who can manage or review multiple learners only after a parent or authorised family member invites/links them through the relationship permissions layer.

Registration creates the professional account. Learner access, records, and dashboard scope are added through invitations + consent + relationship permissions.

You will only gain learner access once invited/linked by a family.

Note: Staff members and school-linked parents are invited by schools. Home-education parents can register directly here, and professionals can register here but only gain learner access once a parent or an authorised invited member links them through the family invitation + relationship flow.
